Thank you, Mr. Secretary-General, UNICEF executive director, and all the excellencies and distinguished guests from all across the world.

事務総長、ユニセフ事務局長、そして世界中からお集まりの皆様、ありがとうございます

My name is Kim Nam-joon, also known as RM, the leader of the group BTS.

私の名前はキム・ナムジュン、またはRMとも呼ばれ、BTSのリーダーです。

It is an incredible honor to be invited to an occasion with such significance for today's young generation.

今日の若い世代にとって非常に重要な意味を持つ場に招待されて、本当に光栄に思います。

Last November, BTS launched the Love Myself campaign with UNICEF, built on our belief that true love first begins with loving myself.

昨年11月、BTSはUNICEFと共に「LOVE MYSELF」キャンペーンを開始しました。真の愛はまず自分自身を愛することから始まるという私たちの信念に基づいています。

We've been partnering with UNICEF's End Violence program to protect children and young people all over the world from violence.

私たちはUNICEFの暴力終止プログラムと協力し、世界中の子どもたちや若者を暴力から守っています。

And our fans have become a major part of this campaign with their action and with their enthusiasm.

And I'd like to begin by talking about myself.

I was born in Ilsan, a city near Seoul, South Korea.

私は韓国のソウルの近くにあるイルサンで生まれました。

It is a really beautiful place with a lake, hills, and even an annual flower festival.

そこは湖や丘があり、毎年花祭りも開かれるとても美しい場所です。
